Our Rustic River line is being installed in new homes, remodels, vacation homes, even businesses. All of which enjoy the rugged antique look of a wide plank floor.Christine Simpson - Assistant Financial Manager Christine has worked at R&R Hardwood since 1999, with knowledge in all areas of the company she can answer most questions you might have. Specializing in accounting and credit issues she maintains all customer accounts, collections, payables and account receivables. If you need to set up an account, pay a bill, discuss credit options then Christine can help. Yvette Monroe - CFO - Vice President Yvette was born and raised in Boise, Idaho and has been around hardwood her entire life. She started at R&R in 1991 as the office receptionist and now oversees the operations of the company. She serves on the board of directors for the National Wood Flooring Association. Yvette has attended schools and classes in the hardwood flooring industry for years, thus giving her the skills and knowledge needed to not only run a wholesale company but knock out a pretty good looking hardwood floor as well. Todd Chase - General Manager - Boise, Idaho and Portland, Oregon Todd started installing hardwood floors in the 1980's, after years of installing, sanding and finishing. Todd then moved into outside sales department, and currently holds the position of General Manager at R&R Hardwood. He currently oversees all daily operations in both the Boise, Idaho and Portland, Oregon locations. Terry Meads - Maintenance Specialist Terry is a professional when it comes to tool and machine repair. Hummel's, Edger's, you name it he can repair it. You can call the R&R Hardwood office to speak with him. Adam Redford - Boise Sales Associate Adam is currently attending Boise State University as a business major, Adam is the newest member to the R&R Hardwood team. He has been installing, sanding, and finishish hardwood floors for over 5 years. Adam is the sales representative for the Boise area, if you have product or price questions please contact him. Thomas Guisto - Outside Sales Tom has been in hardwood floor sales for over 25 years, he is our representative for McCall, Twin Falls, Sun Valley, and all surrounding areas.
